Location: the hotel was near to a peaceful area close to the centre of Valmiera, the centre, and the river. Easily reached Cili Pica, located within a close distance from the property, had lunch/dinner there.

The location was amazing, so close to downtown. The Sunflower Suite was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean with everything looking brand new. The owners were so lovely and accommodating, greeting us and even carrying our suitcases upstairs. They explained everything and told us to come downstairs if we needed anything. The hosts were incredibly helpful and pleasant. The apartment had all the cooking facilities we needed and our host even did our laundry for a small fee. It was a modern and charming space with plenty of room. On our departure, we were even surprised with delicious homemade apple pie. We would definitely recommend this gem of a place and would stay here again if we visit Latvia.
